Production Orchestrator

It centrally manages all production activities across a line or an entire plant, coordinating strategic management flows and priorities right down to the level of individual machines.

The pull system enables activities to be managed in line with actual demand, thereby ensuring responsiveness and flexibility.

The orchestrator coordinates data flows from integration with MES, ERP or enterprise schedulers right through to the direct control of machines and production lines. Thanks to this end-to-end approach, it ensures the continuous progress of production, automatically detects and resolves bottlenecks, and optimizes time, resources and materials.

Main features

Demand-driven production
The system only initiates operations when actual demand requires it, thereby reducing unnecessary stock and waste. It quickly identifies bottlenecks or delays and readjusts production, whilst maintaining high service levels.
Real-time coordination
Continuously monitors the status of production lines and materials, automatically updating orders and priorities.
Immediate response
Bottlenecks or delays are quickly identified, and production is adjusted accordingly, whilst maintaining high service levels.
Optimization of materials
It manages procurement using a pull system, ensuring that components are only available when needed, thereby avoiding excess stock and tying up capital.
Receives real-time consumption signals (from the subsequent process)
Authorizes production only in response to these signals.
Balances flows to smooth demand and reduce fluctuations.
Maintains full visibility of the status of processes and materials.
