Our skills

Esisoftware was founded with the aim of advancing the IT approach to management solutions for industrial systems. By combining the use of cutting-edge technologies with in-depth knowledge of production flows, Esisoftware is the ideal business integrator for developing solutions that are perfectly tailored to your needs.

Esisoftware, with extensive direct experience in the digitalization and optimization of complex industrial processes, is the ideal system integrator.

Industrial expertise and a technical approach

Esisoftware has direct experience in digitizing complex and specific work cycles, such as variable batches, moulds and orders.
  • Expertise in creating a unified digital ecosystem that ensures seamless integration between our MES and WMS platforms and the company’s ERP system.
  • Strong capability to connect diverse machines (both new and legacy) to automate data collection (OEE, times, machine statuses, alarms) and ensure the highest quality and objectivity of the data.
  • Solutions developed to be highly configurable and customizable, allowing for phased implementation and adaptation to processes, rather than imposing standard workflows.

Analysis of industrial processes

Esisoftware’s approach is based on the belief that software should optimize a process before automating it. For this reason, implementation is preceded by a rigorous consultancy and analysis phase.
ANALYSIS OF THE CURRENT SITUATION
Assessment of the current situation and identification of areas requiring action.
DETAILED FLOW MAPPING
Esisoftware’s team works on site to map out the entire workflow.
DEFINITION OF MES/WMS REQUIREMENTS
The optimal operational workflows that the software is required to support are precisely defined.
KPI DEFINITION
The goals (KPIs) that the system is required to achieve are defined.
DEVELOPMENT AND GUIDED CONFIGURATION
The software implementation phase ensures compliance with the defined workflows. The system is then tested in a pilot version.

Innovation and Industry 4.0

Esisoftware’s approach to innovation is not theoretical, but focuses on the practical and ongoing application of Industry 4.0 principles to generate measurable value on the shop floor.

The primary objective is the full interconnection of all assets to eliminate manual data entry and obtain “real data” in real time.

We utilize advanced protocols (OPC UA, MQTT) to transform raw data into predictive insights and real-time OEE performance indicators, enabling managers to make decisions based on facts, not estimates.

In Esisoftware, innovation is a continuous process, resulting in forward-looking features.

This innovation extends to sustainability, incorporating energy consumption monitoring on a per-work-order basis, enabling a precise analysis of environmental and operational costs.

Using the Esi MES and Esi WMS solutions on mobile devices (tablets, handheld devices) digitizes instructions and checklists, putting process intelligence directly into the operator’s hands.

The customer can implement the modules in stages, ensuring that the solution can scale and adapt to future growth and new technologies.

Our approach combines the use of a robust, proven platform for industrial workflow management (MES/WMS) with a guided, customized development and configuration methodology.

Where necessary, specific features or customized reports are developed to address any unique functional gaps within the company, whilst ensuring the solution remains robust and scalable.

System integration and interoperability

Esisoftware: the unified operating ecosystem

Esisoftware’s distinctive strength lies in its high level of integration and interoperability between production hardware and vertical software, breaking down traditional corporate “silos”.

This is the core competence for Industry 4.0: enabling machinery to communicate with higher-level software systems.

The ability to connect any type of hardware device (presses, CNC machines, sensors, scales, automated storage systems, PLCs) regardless of the manufacturer or age (legacy).

Use of standard industrial communication protocols (such as OPC UA for real-time data exchange, or MQTT for IoT) and, where necessary, development of custom interfaces for older machines.

As Esisoftware provides both platforms, interoperability between warehouse management (WMS) and manufacturing (MES) is built-in and guaranteed, enabling just-in-time workflows and full traceability between material batches and finished product batches.

Esisoftware has extensive expertise in integrating with leading ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
